Eligibility: Swimmers
must be currently registered with USA Swimming. No on
deck registration will be permitted. Swimmers must be
within the listed age brackets as of October 14, 2006. Only swimmers from
invited teams are eligible to participate.
Entry Deadline: Entries
must be received by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 4,
2006.
Late entries will only be accepted
if space permits.
Entry Limit: Swimmers
may enter a maximum of 3 events per day excluding relays. Meet entries will be accepted in the order in which they are received and
may be limited in order to ensure the meet complies with the USA Swimming 4
hour rule.
Entry Fees: $1.50
Oregon Swimming surcharge per swimmer.

Entries: All
events are TIMED FINALS. Submit YARD TIMES only for seeding. NTs are
acceptable. Entries using Hy-Tek software are preferred. Please include Hy-Tek
meet entries and meet entry fees summary reports. If Hy-Tek is not used, please
complete the master entry form using yard times seeding. Be sure to list USA
Swimming membership numbers for each swimmer.
Facility: Indoors,
25 yard 8-lane pool. Starting at the deep end only. No
diving allowed in the shallow end. Parking available. Seating for 250 spectators. Only swimmers, coaches, and
officials are allowed on the pool deck (insurance
purposes). Spectators are required to remain in the spectator area. Men’s and women’s locker rooms with access onto the Pool
deck. Wheelchair accessible, but challenging. See meet
official for assistance.
Restrictions: Tobacco
products of any kind, alcoholic beverages, and glass containers are not allowed in the swimming venue. NO SHAVING PERMITTED.

Warm-ups: 8:30 - 9:45 am

USA Swimming and Oregon Swimming Inc., rules will govern this meet.
Safety: Current
Oregon Swimming Safety guidelines and warm-up procedures will
be in effect and strictly enforced.
Bull Pen: A
bullpen will be provided for all 8 & under
swimmers. All other swimmers shall report directly to their assigned lanes.
Awards: Individual: 1st - 8th place

Scoring: Standard
scoring through 8 places. Relays will score double points.
Meeting: Coaches’
meeting will be held 15 minutes prior to the start of
the meet. Officials meeting will be held at 9:15 am. Meetings
will be held each day.

always appreciate the help of certified officials from other clubs. If you will

hospitality room will be provided.
Timers: Each
team will be given lane-timing assignments. Please
designate a parent representative to report to the Head Timer 30 minutes prior
to the start of the meet.
Concessions: A
fully stocked concession stand will be available throughout the entire meet.
